Award Judging criteria:

The Peter Walker Award for Innovation in furniture design is to honour the memory of Peter Walker, an architect and designer. The piece will be functional as well as visually stimulating. It should be thought provoking, original and modern, and must combine an understanding of new materials and technologies as well as good craftsmanship skills, a sustainability dimension and a respect for ethical design practice.
